Before joining Controlled, Mr. Bond led the Airborne Division for Elbit America providing real-time holistic situational awareness solutions to military pilots and aviators, and he previously served as CEO and President of HDT Global, the largest expeditionary infrastructure provider to the U.S. Department of Defense. Through 2015, Sean Bond served as CEO and President of ISS North America, one of the largest facility services companies in North America with over 30,000 employees.

Prior to joining ISS in 2010, Mr. Bond served as President of BAE Systems Platform Solutions, a transatlantic commercial and defense avionics, power, and control systems business headquartered in upstate New York. Prior to BAE, Mr. Bond led Bell Helicopter Textron’s $4.9B V-22 Osprey program.

Mr. Bond started his aerospace career at Pratt & Whitney Military Engines developing stealth technologies and was Joint Strike Fighter Program Manager. He earned his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, where he is a member of the Academy of Distinguished Alumni and studied at the United States Naval Academy. Mr. Bond completed senior executive and business management programs at Oxford University, Wharton School of Business, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Thunderbird’s Garvin School of International Management, and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Married with four children, two grandchildren, and two dogs, he is an avid San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys fan, and he enjoys attending live music and sporting events across the country with his family.

Vic is responsible for the delivery of sales and operational activities as well as executing the strategic vision for Controlled.

Vic is responsible for the overall revenue objectives for Controlled as well as the Controlled Service Delivery to its clients. With more than 40 years of experience in regional management and operations, Victor managed operations for regional facilities as well as improved service delivery and efficiencies in all regions.

Vic also held multiple senior and executive-level positions for the largest Facility Services provider in the world for more than 17 years. Vic holds a degree from SUNY, Albany and has been an active member of APPA, BOMA, IFMA and BSCAI for more than 20 years.

Barry brings more than 30 years of C-suite experience across private equity-owned manufacturing and service organizations. Prior to joining Controlled, he served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Hutchinson Manufacturing Holdings in Minneapolis, Minnesota, supporting aerospace, defense, and medical manufacturing customers. Previously, Barry held President and CFO roles at MD Helicopters in Mesa, Arizona and served as Chief Financial Officer of HDT Global in Solon, Ohio.

Throughout his career, Barry has led organizations through periods of growth, operational transformation, and two successful private equity exits. Earlier in his career, he co-founded a CPA firm in the Boston area and was a licensed CPA in Massachusetts, providing him with a strong foundation in financial discipline and strategic planning.

As CFO, Barry oversees all financial operations and strategy for Controlled, including information technology. He works closely with our team to support our growth targets and ensure we have the systems and processes needed to reach our aspirations.

Barry earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts and later completed his MBA at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Originally from the Boston area, Barry now resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife. He is a proud father of three daughters and grandfather to six grandchildren. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and cheering on his hometown teams, including the Boston Bruins, Boston Red Sox, and New England Patriots.

Robert directs the marketing, communication and strategy functions for Controlled that are all focused on the growth of the company and enhancing revenues through sales and current partner growth.

Prior to joining Controlled, Schiller worked for 9 years in the facility services industry with ISS Facility Services, North America as its Vice President of Sales & Marketing. During that time Schiller oversaw marketing and the cultural integration of several large acquisitions which saw the company go from $150M in revenue to more than $600M. Robert built the framework for sales management, metrics, reporting, working with customers and eventually working on the global marketing team as well as representing ISS on the North American Leadership team.

Schiller has spent the past few years working in private equity running businesses and working on executive leadership teams in the restaurant, food processing, and retail industries. Prior to facility services, Robert started his career in sports marketing working for NBA teams like the Phoenix Suns, Indiana Pacers and Golden State Warriors in sponsorships and marketing. Robert lives in Phoenix with his family and has been involved in the community in Arizona for many years, including Young Life and youth sports.

Michael comes to Controlled with extensive service industry experience, having held executive HR positions with USAA, Whataburger, Toyota, and ISS Facility Services North America. While at ISS, Michael won the 2013 Best in Human Resources award at a global recognition event in Rome, Italy for his leadership and contribution to realizing nearly 70% organic growth (+$300 million) in under three years.

Before beginning his HR career, Michael served as an Intelligence Analyst in the US Air Force. Michael is dedicated to driving unparalleled growth and success for our colleagues throughout CCS, while also focusing on providing distinctive solutions to meet the needs of our partners.

Toni comes to Controlled with over 19 years of experience in Quality Control Management within cGMP biomanufacturing, food science, and pharmaceutical industries. Throughout her career, Toni has held various leadership positions utilizing project management, the use of QA systems, FDA (Food and Drug Administration) PAI preparations, and cGMP biomanufacturing training. Toni is a Midwest native who graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Biological Sciences. She has led teams of all sizes and holds multiple certifications, including an ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt and a HIPPA Certification for Business.
